No. Filing a dispute is completely free. We do not charge for content removal requests. If a dispute is upheld, the content will be removed or corrected at no cost to you.
All reviews must be written in your own words about your genuine experience. You may not include Social Security numbers, phone numbers, home addresses, children's names, threats, or slurs. All reviewers must attest under penalty of perjury that their statements are truthful. See our Community Guidelines for full details.

The Platform is a private service operated by a private entity. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any federal, state, or local government agency, court system, or law enforcement body.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that: (a) all statements are truthful and based on your personal experience; (b) you will not include personally identifiable information such as Social Security numbers, phone numbers, home addresses, or children's names; (c) you will not post threats, harassment, or defamatory content.
Any person who is the subject of a review has the right to: (a) claim their profile at no cost; (b) post a response that will be displayed alongside the review; (c) file a free dispute to contest content they believe is false or misleading.
Content may be removed if it: violates our Community Guidelines, is the subject of an upheld dispute, contains verifiably false statements of fact, or contains prohibited personal information. There is no fee for content removal.
Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 230, the Platform is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content. The Platform provides a neutral venue for user expression and does not adopt or endorse user statements.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Platform shall not be liable for any user-generated content, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or emotional distress arising from content posted by users.
